15 cups popped popcorn
1 cup brown sugar(packed)
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
peanuts if desired
Heat oven to 200 degrees, grease pans. Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in pot. Stir until it bubbles around the edges. Cook at medium still bubbling for approx. 5 minutes. Add vanilla and baking soda. Stir and pour immediately onto popcorn and mix. Spread onto pans and bake for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes.

Oven Roasted Lemon Oregano Potatoes
21/2 lbs peeled and quartered potatoes
2 tbsp chicken base
1tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper and/or lemon pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup margarine
Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9" by 13" pan. Bake at 450 degrees F for 1 hour.

Chewy Double Chocolate Cookies

2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cups cocoa
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups total, chocolate and/or white chips
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not over bake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.
Best Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs

2 Tbsp milk
2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

Brush Italian dressing on dough. Mix spices together and sprinkle evenly on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake at 400 -425 F (215 C) for 15 min. Cut into wedges and serve.
Dunkin' Hines Cookies (Deana's Recipe)
3/4 C shortening (marg)
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 egg
MIX AND ADD
1 3/4 C flour
1 tsp salt (optional for Celeste)
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 C choco chips
1 C pecans (optional; if not using pecans, increase chips to 1 1/2 to 2 cups- although sometimes it seems like too much so adjust to your liking)
METHOD: Mix all ingredients together
: Drop by Tbsp on baking sheet
: Bake @ 375 for 8 - 10 min
leave on sheet for 2 minutes after out of the oven.

Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar

1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 tsp salt
In large bowl measure first 7 ingredients. Stir to
mix. Make
a well
in center.
In small bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Mix in oil, milk
and
bananas. Pour into dry ingredients well. Stir just to
moisten.
Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4
full.
Bake at
400degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

6. Mix in enough reserved flour to make a soft dough that does

7. Turn out onto floured board and knead for 5 minutes
8. Cover dough and let rise for 10 minutes
9. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and margarine together
10. Roll dough into a 12x9 inch rectangle

Decorator Frosting: 1 egg white
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
Beat egg white, cream of tartar and vanilla until foamy. Beat in icing sugar until frosting stands in peaks and is stiff enough to hold a sharp line when cut through with a knife. Use plain or divide and tint with food coloring. Makes 3/4 cups.
1 round loaf of crusty bread
1 pkg (10 oz.) spinach ? thaw, drain well, and chop

1 pkg Knorr Swisse Vegetable soup mix
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tin water chestnuts ? chopped (optional)
4 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small onion chopped
Mix all of the above together (except bread). Cut lid off bread on a slant. Tear out bite size pieces from inside, leaving a shell about 1 inch thick. Save bread chunks for dipping. Fill loaf with mixture, put bread chunks around the loaf and serve.

1 cup (250 mL) mashed bananas
1 pkg chocolate chips
1 cup (250 mL) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 mL) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt

Heat oven to 350 F (180 C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, sugar and egg. Stir in mashed bananas and half the package of chocolate chips. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into banana mixture just to moisten. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
Line large cookie sheet with foil, grease. Put whole wafers on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Simmer margarine and brown sugar for 2 minutes in a pan and pour over wafers. Bake at350 F for 8 minutes.

Spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1/2 to 1 white onion (chopped)
1/4 cup water
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
seasoning salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
bread (preferably crusts)
Cook spaghetti until soft. Fry up ground beef, seasoning salt and onion. Add tomato soup, mushroom soup, and water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Mix spaghetti and ground beef mixture together. Put into greased casserole pan. Layer top with shredded cheese and torn up bread crusts. Cook at 350 F for 1/2 hour.
8 oz. cream cheese(softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package of taco seasoning mix
? - 1 cup of your favourite salsa (or to taste)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
green peppers (chopped)
black olives (sliced)

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and taco mix together.
Spread over
12 inch pizza pan. Spread salsa over base. Layer

and then garnish with other items. Additional layers

serve. Supply taco chips or assorted crackers and spoons
for
spreading.

2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
1/2 cup soy
sauce
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger (or 2 tsp. fresh)

1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Mix all ingredients together except
sesame
seeds. Place
in a large ziplock bag; add tenderloins & refrigerate
overnight, or

least 4 hours. The longer it
marinates, the tastier the meat is.
When
ready to cook, take meat out of bag & save the marinade.
Place
tenderloins
on a greased rack in a foil-lined shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top
of the meat. Bake uncovered, at
375 degrees for 30 ������������������ 40 minutes, or until a
thermometer reads 160
degrees. (The thermometer works
well for
doneness). This marinade also
works very well on chicken breasts.

Sticks with
Dill Sauce
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
juice of 1/2 lemon (2 or 3 tsp)
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 fish steaks or fillets, 1/2 - 1 inch thick.

try halibut,
salmon, cod, or haddock)
1/4 cup buttermilk
Pre-heat
oven to 425 degrees.
Dill
sauce:
combine
sour cream,
horseradish, lemon juice, dill weed, and pepper in a
small bowl. Cover &
refrigerate until ready to
serve.
Crumb
coating:
mix
bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, & paprika,& put
onto a plate.
Rinse
the fish & pat dry. Dip the
fish in buttermilk & then in the crumbs (both sides)
Place
fish in a single layer in a shallow baking pan sprayed with
pam. Cook according to thickness
of fish ������������������
10 min./inch. Remove from pan
& spoon dill sauce over top.

get more juice out of a lemon by
microwaving it on high power for 30 seconds before squeezing
it!
3 - 14oz cans beans in tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugor (packed)
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup large onion - chopped
1-1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Put
sall ingredients in 3-quart casserole. Stir to combine.
Bake
uncovered in 3500F oven for 2 hours or until bubbling
throughout or until well browned around edges.
