Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup firm shortening/margarine
- 2/3 cup milk
Method
Mix dry ingredients together.
Fold in margarine until flaky. Add milk stirring constantly.
Roll out dough (until about 3/4 inch thick). Cut up into squares.
Bake in oven for about 10 to 20minutes or until golden brown at 400-425 °F.
