Lemon Oven Roasted Potatoes with Oregano

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lbs peeled and quartered potatoes
  • 2 tbsp chicken base
  • 1tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper and/or lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup margarine

Method

Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9″ by 13″ pan.

Bake at 450 °F for 1 hour.

Note: I can usually cut back a bit on butter to ½ to ¾ cup
