Lemon Oven Roasted Potatoes with Oregano
easy and easy to make
Ingredients
- 2 ½ lbs peeled and quartered potatoes
- 2 tbsp chicken base
- 1tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp pepper and/or lemon pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup margarine
Method
Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9″ by 13″ pan.
Bake at 450 °F for 1 hour.
Note: I can usually cut back a bit on butter to ½ to ¾ cup
