Popcorn cake
Ingredients
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1-½ cups brown sugar
- ½ lb butter (= 1 cup butter)
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
Method
Melt sugar, syrup and butter in pot until it comes to a rolling boil(approx.5-7 min)
Add vanilla and salt and stir.
Pour over popcorn and mix.
Press into a buttered pan and serve.
