Whipped Shortbread
Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- ½ cup corn starch
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Cream soft butter well; cream in sugar, flour and corn starch.
Beat with electric mixer until it is of whipped consistency.
Drop from teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with the base of a tumbler if desired
Bake at 350 °F for 12 minutes
